All content included in this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, is the property of this site’s owner.
ORDER INFORMATION
Customer must verify the details of each product prior to order. In case of ordering customized product, customer should get the proof, make modification if necessary, we require written approval prior to production.
No changes or cancellation accepted after approval.
WARRANTY
If the product is defective in material or workmanship, or if your order was lost or damaged during shipment, we will get you another one for free of cost. Your satisfaction is important to us.
REPLACEMENT
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer warranties on products in the following cases:
- Rubber stamps for any damage caused by re-inking our stamps with incorrect ink
- Typographical or content errors made by a customer when placing the order
- If customer found error in design after proofs are verified and confirmation given to us prior to production
- If you found the product is damaged then you must inform the same day you received it
Custom products are made to order, these products cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer does not like the product or get the result what they expected.
Policy Regarding Official Seals
In order to prevent fraud, if an order is submitted for an government departments, schools, financial institution, judiciary, organization or agency seal, we reserve the right to request proof of the authenticity of the order. Stamps professional such as Doctors, Nurse, Lawyers, Inspectors, CEO must be combined with relevant documents. This may include authorization on official letterhead of the organization, communication through an official email address of the organization and shipment to an official address.
PAYMENT
Value of each product and total amount of each order must be paid as listed in this site, or discussed prior to order confirmation. We will not entertain reduction from the agreed price for any reason on the time of delivery or after your order produced. We accept all modes of payment by CASH, CHEQUE & Online Transfer (with prior approval), Card Payment through new digital payment solutions.
